🌙 Welcome to Dream Vault — a complete Notion system for recording, understanding, and working with your dreams.
✨ What's inside
This template has 4 connected databases that work together:
- 📙 Dream Library — your main dream journal. Log the narrative, mood, lucidity level, people, locations, and emotions of every dream.
- 🛏️ Sleep Tracker — log bed time, wake time, sleep quality, and habits (screen time, exercise, meditation). Automatically calculates hours slept, and links to the dream you had that night.
- 🎯 Dream Quest — turn dreamwork into a game. Set goals like "recall 5 dreams this week" or "achieve first lucid dream," track progress, and link them to the dreams that helped you get there.
- ♻️ Dream Symbols — your personal symbol dictionary. Track recurring symbols (people, places, objects, animals) across dreams, how often they appear, and what they might mean to you.
🚀 How to use this template
- Duplicate this page into your own workspace (Notion menu → Duplicate).
- Each night, add a new entry to Sleep Tracker when you go to bed / wake up.
- Each morning, log what you remember in Dream Library — link it to last night's Sleep Tracker entry.
- Notice a recurring symbol or figure? Add it to Dream Symbols and link it back to the dream.
- Set a Dream Quest goal (e.g. "have a lucid dream," "improve dream recall") and track your progress over time.
A sample entry is included in each database below so you can see how the fields are meant to be used — feel free to delete it once you get started.
